Business Development Director

Full-time position, Stockholm.

We’re Framme. Either you’ve heard of us by now, or you haven’t. But just in case you haven’t, let us tell you a little about ourselves.

We’re a marketing production agency, helping creative souls save their time for design and planning in the era of time sucking distractions. Someone could call us the concierges of marketing as we help creative agencies and brands to make tailor-made and sustainable marketing. Framme was founded in Helsinki and now we are expanding to Stockholm and Berlin.

As an independent agency, we don’t own any machinery, production houses or factories, but provide and can objectively select the best makers for each project from our trusted, global network of producers, suppliers and craftsmen. So that our creative customers can get the best possible outcomes.

Right now, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Director to our Stockholm Office. In Sweden, we already work with great companies like Oatly, Epicenter and Wolt, and award-winning agencies like Åkestam Holst, Forsman Bodenfors and Ciceron Group, and want to grow even further.

Is this you?

We need a kickass talent who’s comfortable developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. You have experience working in the creative industry – advertising and brand marketing – for years, and want to try something different.

One of our biggest goals is to change the traditional creative industry. Empowering creative souls to realise their ideas no matter how crazy or tricky they may seem. Helping to create differentiated marketing in an increasingly sustainable way. This would be one of your main tasks, on top of these:

  • Identifying new business opportunities while developing and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Maximising long term growth potential for the assigned client portfolio and achieving trusted advisor partnership status.
  • Planning, prioritising and updating the strategy across your own business area and portfolio every quarter. Building the required team to achieve growth targets.
  • Tracking emerging trends and generating industry insights to make recommendations for new services, business models, processes and strategic partnerships.
