Rebranding the Finnish icon. Case Koskenkorva Vodka.

Altia Corporation operates as a distributor, seller and promoter of wines and spirits in Europe. Since 2011, we have worked with Altia and their best-known brands including Koskenkorva Vodka, Finlandia Vodka, Jack Daniels, Blossa, Jaloviina and Amarula.

Back in 2016, Altia decided to rebrand Koskenkorva Vodka. With a Helsinki-based creative agency Bob the Robot, we designed and produced a full collection of point-of-sale (POS) materials and custom made bar equipment for Koskenkorva’s new ‘Vodka from a Village’ identity.

Usually, there is not enough time for us to handle all the details of the materials, samples and projects. Trust, working with a single contact person and expertise in marketing production are key factors in our successful collaboration.

Together with the new brand film, the Village campaign opened doors to new distributors in Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Great Britain, where a retail chain Marks & Spencer added Koskenkorva to their selection. Top-of-mind grew by 960 per cent in Sweden, whilst sales expanded massively in Russia, Latvia and Travel Retail which focuses on sea and air travel sales.

Since 2016, we have worked together with Altia to expand the selection for Koskenkorva’s distributers and marketers. Currently, the POS material set over 40 products that are delivered across ten countries by Framme’s team. As inspiration is contagious, we decided to show a few of them here for you.
